The association delivers many education events throughout the year and for some of those programs we look to our members to submit ideas to help build the content. This is your opportunity to propose an idea for a session or poster.

Who can submit a proposal?
Member institutions are not limited in the number of proposals they may submit. Members may invite nonmembers to co-present. Nonmember participation is based on association review and must be disclosed during the call for proposals process. Nonmembers may attend the Quality and Safety Conference. Nonmember presenter attendance is limited to their education session at the Annual Leadership Conference. Poster presentations are limited to member presenters only. Nonmembers should email Gretchen Neis or call (913) 981-4143 about proposal submission.
Prior to submitting your proposal, please review the presenter agreements. Agreements may vary depending on the meeting.
If your proposal is accepted, you are required to register for the program and are responsible for your own expenses, paying the conference registration fee, making your own arrangements for hotel accommodations and other related travel expenses.

Proposals are reviewed and rated based on the following criteria: relevance and interest, timely/significant/noteworthy, strategic impact, uniqueness, and results/outcomes or potential/emerging results and outcomes.
