Children’s Hospital Association (CHA) submitted comments to the Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) on the Special Registrations for Telemedicine and Limited State Telemedicine Registrations proposed rule.
The proposed rule establishes a special registration framework and authorizes three different types of special registration. CHA’s comments highlight pediatric-specific considerations relating to the use of telemedicine, among other issues that impact children’s hospitals.
