Children’s Hospital Association (CHA) sent a letter to Energy and Commerce Committee leaders supporting legislation included in a recent Health Subcommittee markup that will benefit the health of America’s children. CHA strongly supports the Accelerating Kids’ Access to Care Act, Give Kids a Chance Act, and Creating Hope Reauthorization Act.
From streamlining Medicaid processes to ensure children get the necessary out-of-state care they need, to incentivizing treatments for rare pediatric diseases, these bills will contribute to advancements in pediatric care and the overall health outcomes of our nation’s youngest citizens.
