Children’s hospital leaders can view a variety of data visualizations on our Executive Dashboard. To access the tool, you must have a CHA member account and a signed Direct Access Agreement (DAA) on file with CHA.
Here are the steps to follow:
- Create a CHA member account if you don’t already have one.
- Inform your hospital’s primary contact(s) for PHIS® and/or PROSPECT℠ that you would like access to the Executive Dashboard. Contact us if you need help identifying your primary contacts.
- Both you and the primary contact should sign the DAA that covers the data programs in which your hospital participates.
- Return the signed DAA form(s) to CHA via email.
- We will process your request within two business days.
