Children's Hospital Association's Executive Dashboard is a tool for our member hospitals’ highest-level leaders.

Making operational decisions requires having timely, relevant information at your fingertips.

Our Executive Dashboard gives the highest-level leaders at children’s hospital and health system the ability to quickly see metrics that matter. With 12 key performance indicators conveniently located on a Tableau dashboard, you can easily assess your hospital’s performance or compare metrics with peer hospitals.

What’s included

You’ll find metrics related to clinical performance, volumes, workforce, patient characteristics, and financials along with helpful CHA reports and analyses. Metrics are updated quarterly so you have timely information. You can also drill down into specific measures to gain greater insights.

Eligibility requirements

The Executive Dashboard is available to eligible leaders whose hospitals participate in Pediatric Health Information System (PHIS)® or PROSPECT℠ comparative data programs. Please connect with your hospital’s PHIS or PROSPECT primary contact or contact analytics@childrenshospitals.org for assistance.
